Techniques that Tap Into the Body’s Innate Wisdom to Heal Itself Naturally
Myofascial Release (MFR)
Addresses Cellular Dehydration
Myofascial release is a manual, hands-on therapy that addresses cellular dehydration. It uses a light touch with consistent pressure or tensional pull to stimulate the fibroblasts to repair cellular damage by releasing hydration back into the tissue. Addressing cellular dehydration is an essential component of neurological balance, stability and optimal performance.
Benefits
Eliminates pain
Decreases inflammation
Decreases joint compression

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Creates Whole Body Balance and Efficiency
This technique was developed by John Upledger, D.O. It focuses on the natural and unique rhythms of the body, particularly on the central nervous system and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. This hands-on modality gently releases compression in the joint spaces of the skull and along the spine that impede the natural flow of cerebrospinal fluid, ultimately creating whole-body balance and efficiency.

How These Therapies Work
This powerful statement resonates as I think about fascia. Fascia is a three-dimensional web of connective tissue, also called the fascial system. This is a fluid-based system that envelops everything, from the deepest layer of our skin down to the cellular level. It is 70-80% water, consisting mostly of collagen and elastin with its very own cells called fibroblasts, which are the healing cells of the body. This very important system is what gives our bodies shape, and also supports, protects and stabilizes every part of us. Within its natural fluid environment, body-wide communication occurs between the fascial system and a component of the autonomic nervous system. This, in turn, keeps all of the systems of the body functioning efficiently, creating neurological balance and stability. Inevitably, though, the fascia becomes dehydrated, introducing interference to our bodies’ natural flow. This interference inhibits the vibrational frequency TKTK YOU NEED TO FINISH THIS THOUGHT.
